Design and Parameters Optimization of a Provoke-Suction Type Harvester for Ground Jujube Fruit

Low working efficiency is an important reason for the limited application of traditional aspirated-air type jujube fruit pickup machine. In this study, a provoke-suction harvester ground (PSH) was designed, based on principle negative pressure suction after shoveling mechanically. The main parameters were analyzed and structures key devices designed. Then, three-factor three-level Box–Behnken method used to evaluate performance PSH. results showed that rate, impurity 99.36%, 5.63%, 1672.3 kg?h?1, respectively; as forward speed, provoke teeth buried depth, airflow velocity 0.21 74 mm, 26.4 respectively. Furthermore, verification 98.05%, 5.97%, 1591.2 respectively, moreover, relative errors 1.32%, 6.04%, 4.85%, indicating parameter optimization model can accurately predict test results.
